They said it wasn't their problem that our baby was "uncooperative." All the pictures and the video I recieved is garbage, everything is unclear/ blurry. When we had re-scheduled the receptionist then mentioned that there is a $29 re-do fee. At the end of it she said she couldnt see the babys face and I would have to re-do it at another time. which at 7 months is very uncomfortable and difficult. She made me turn from my back -to my side-to my back, over 10 times. The nurse conducting the ultrasound did not know what she was doing. Also when they say there is a "video set to music" what it really means is that they will give you a VHS video NOT DVD, Who even owns a VHS player in 2010? If you want a DVD you have to pay extra, Its ridiculous!! there is only one room in which they conduct the ultrasounds, which includes a "100 inch Theater Screen" its really a projector screen (which isnt too clear) and 15 people do not fit in that room comfortably. they seemed to be annoyed of their jobs!!ĭont be fooled by their packages. The staff is very rude, they didnt greet us, hardly made any eye contact nor did they get up from their seats. The office/ waiting room is very dirty with old beat up couches.
My husband and I found this place through the internet and thought it would be a great experience. I cant comment on any other location because I have not been there!! This review applies to GLENDALE LOCATION ONLY!!
